    I’m using a form (Gravity Forms) that creates a post based on what information the user submitted. Is this plugin compatible with posts that are not created manually in WordPress?

    You should have no problems doing this…I have been using Gravity forms for creating posts on a number of WP installations and it has always worked fine with the Post Expirator plugin.

    I have a similar issue, what should the date format be in?

    Unix time, I found out. Though, is it enough to update the field _expiration-date? My posts do not get expired… even if posts I created manually in the same post type do get expired.
