• Hi,

    My marketing manager needs to access Sessions analytics, but he is not admin in our WordPress instance. How can I grand access to this page ? We use User Role Editor plugin but I can’t find any capability related.

    Hello @jvinzent !

    There’s no “sessions-specific” role for this. You have to give him the manage_options capability…

    Thanks for replying quickly. Unfortunately, he has already this capability, as a WooCommerce Shop Manager, but :

    • Even if PerfOpsOne appears in the back office menu, the “Statistiques” (Analytics) entry doesn’t appear
    • By the way the “Centre de contrôle” (Dashboard I guess) appears in the menu but is blank when accessed
    • By the way again, the “Outils” (Tools) entry appears and when accessed two tools are displayed (podd-tools and iplocator-tools) but the one linked to Sessions (pose-manager) is not

    Oh and btw, is it the same thing in the action links (in plugins list)?
