    We are aware that some users may face issues connecting Site Kit in relation to the following error:

    This can happen if there are issues connecting with Site Kit over IPv6. Typically when IPv6 addresses are blocked, it is because your IP address falls within a specific range that includes users from regions where Google services are blocked. Unfortunately, these blocks are out of Site Kit’s control. 

    If you are experiencing this issue:

    • Download this mini-plugin, which allows Site Kit setup over IPv4 instead of IPv6
    • Upload the plugin file on your site by going to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
    • Once installed, try setting up Site Kit again
