Google Spreadsheets URL for external CSV

With the new google Spreadsheets isn’t easy select CSV output like the old version, it’s a way to know the user is using the new url and convert it?

The plugin expects this type of url:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xFXlRR1g0k9G2DIx5nhm5QnyUt25SpBSB7HNa-LJ-Ug/export?format=csv

Google gives this url now:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xFXlRR1g0k9G2DIx5nhm5QnyUt25SpBSB7HNa-LJ-Ug/pubhtml
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vL0tj2ouI122_PWbuDLODD3gExTkjyzs-j7pok9K0FI/pubhtml?gid=1613704940&single=true

I guess is only replace pubhtml to export?format=csv. It’s possible make this automatically?
