Google Reviews Are Not Updating Through the Plugin

Two of our latest reviews are not updating through the plugin when the request is sent. Billing Account is active. API is active. Any guidance would be helpful.
Typically, once I received an email with the latest review, I’d login and request the update through the plugin option and the review would publish. Not any longer.
