I have similar issues. Last week I tried to log into my privately hosted WordPress page. It didn’t work and I also got the message “reCaptcha v3 test failed”. It was perfectly working some weeks ago. Seems that there is a problem either with the plugin or with Google reCaptcha itself.

I’ve been struggling with the same problem in recent weeks. Viewing the page source, I noticed the text ‘More than one reCAPTCHA has been found in the current form. Please remove all unnecessary reCAPTCHA fields to make it work properly.’

And I noticed that the Google recaptcha javascript was being loaded twice.

On a whim, I changed the settings in the plug-in from v3 to invisible (I have no idea what the difference is), and it appears to be working again.

I had recaptch v2 and today I started getting spam emails. I checked my site and my contact 7 form and found that the recaptcha is not on the form at all. I assumed I needed to do an upgraded so I upgraded wp to 5.2 and recaptcha to v3, it still is not working. I tried adding Quiz but that is not working either.

Is there a solution or do I need to use a different contact form pluging?

I have similar issues. Have anyone solved this problems?
