Hello @mbilalatjcx
Thank you for your detailed message and for sharing the screenshots – that’s very helpful.
I can see that you also have an open private support ticket with us, so I recommend continuing the conversation there for more in-depth troubleshooting. Still, it’s great that you’ve shared the screenshots in this thread as it provides a bit more clarity compared to your initial ticket with us.
It does seem like a coincidence that both Google Pay and Apple Pay are showing similar “Payment Failed” errors, but these issues most likely have different root causes.
Regarding Google Pay — this is a known issue on our side. At the moment, all payments that require 3D Secure authentication are failing with Google Pay. The root of the issue is partially on PayPal’s end, and we are currently waiting for their intervention. I’ve added your ticket to our internal issue tracking and will update you as soon as the fix is available.
As for Apple Pay — this error is migth be caused by a URL validation mismatch. I noticed that your domain uses a “www” subdomain. Please make sure that the domain registered with PayPal for Apple Pay also includes the “www” prefix. If it doesn’t, please re-register the domain with the full “www” subdomain included, and then test the payment again to see if the issue persists.
Just a quick tip — if everything works fine in sandbox mode but fails in live mode, it’s also worth trying a different card. Sometimes it could simply be a bank decline. To be sure, we’d need to check the logs, so feel free to share them with us privately.
Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Krystian
