Google listing can’t connect

Hi there,
Google listings can’t connect. Just loading and loading on the settings page > https://prnt.sc/-CF4v10ovKk8

Hello @digitartworks,
I understand the setup page keeps loading forever. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it viaWooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Could you also check if there are any fatal/plugin-related error logs?
Here’s a quick guide on how to do that:- Go to
WooCommerce > Status > Logs. - In the upper right corner, you’ll find a drop-down menu.
- Search for the keywords “fatal” and “Google” in that menu.
- This should display the relevant logs we’re looking for. If you find any, please select each log one by one and click view.
- You can then copy & paste them here or you can use a text-sharing app like GitHub Gist or Pastebin.

{“statusCode”:401,”error”:”Unauthorized”,”message”:”Invalid token”,”attributes”:{“error”:”Invalid token”}}Hello,
Thanks for sending the error logs. It appears like the Google Listings & Ads isn’t correctly configured, or it was disconnected. Please try the following steps:
1. Go to this page : http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page, replacing example.com with your own domain.
2. Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
3. Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
Go back to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads, and begin the set-up again. Please make sure you’re logged into the correct Google Account before you begin.I hope this helps.
Hi there,
I followed the steps that you sent me. Then i tried to reconnect the service, but there is a new error message https://prnt.sc/nEHZZB-mQT4P
I understand that you are receiving the error message above when trying to reconnect.
It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.
Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Google Listings and Ads plugins are enabled, try again the steps mentioned by @ihereira above and see if this works?
[SOLVED] . I also disconnected jet pack through http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page . Finally, I successfully connected Google listings.
Thank you.
