Good to get a human response from JETPACK

I was having some issues with my blog/website.

It was to do with the subscribers only showing those who had subscribed by email and not the hundreds subscribed from social media.

As some people choose to judge someone on how many followers they had I wanted to get rid of this on my front page. My blog is a personal journal and it wasn’t doing much for my ego.

I had several chats with the JET PACK team to discuss why this was happening , and what could be done to resolve it, I felt they were very supportive, and considering this is a free resource, I was grateful to get any response at all. In the days of AI it is such a pleasure to have a real conversation , that is one person says something and another person says their bit and then a discussion is had. I felt Jet Pack did a great job in showing me the right direction to resolve issues and also importantly for me to learn more about W. Press and how it is run and developed, so that I can help myself. I take it for granted as my main interest is in writing and I’m not especially technical. It is still good to learn these things and not be scared to make a mistake.
