Global Element Broken/Issues With Frontend

    I created a global slider that seems to be functional and visible when editing a page. However, on the frontend, the only thing visible is the dot navigation–no slides–this is happening on ALL pages using this global slider.

    INFO:
    Elementor: Version 3.33.0
    Elementor Settings:
    – Performance: External File
    – Element Cache: 1 Day
    Caching plugins: none
    PHP 8.2
    WordPress 6.8.3
    Astra Theme

    PLUGINS:
    Happy Elementor Addons:
    – The only widgets/features selected: Gravity Forms and Equal Height Column (I have Happy Elementor Addons before and never had a problem, so I don’t think this is the issue).

    PEFORMED:
    – Elementor > Tools > Elementor Cache: cleared files and data
    – Cleared hosting cache
    – Cleared browser caching
    – Elementor > Tools > reverted to 3.32.5

    Using the Inspector Tool, the code and content is there but not visible on the page(s).

    Thank you for providing the website URL.

    After checking the site, it appears that a JavaScript conflict is occurring because of the CDN being used. This conflict is preventing some Elementor scripts from loading properly, which is causing the issue you are seeing.

    To resolve this, please try disabling the CDN temporarily to confirm if it is the source of the problem. You can also clear the CDN cache to make sure it is not serving outdated files. It may also help to exclude Elementor’s JavaScript and CSS files from the CDN, especially the files under the Elementor plugin folder and the Elementor uploads folder. If your CDN or optimization plugin is minifying or combining JS and CSS files, please turn off those settings for Elementor. Finally, please make sure all plugins, your theme, and Elementor are updated.

    Please be clear, @ricav: what CDN are you talking about?

    We are not using any caching plugins. Elementor is using it’s own, and all we have left is the hosting side (WPEngine), which has NEVER been a problem before.

    Thank you for the update. Can you please confirm if you have also performed the other recommendations my colleague made?
    If your CDN or optimization plugin is minifying or combining JS and CSS files, please turn off those settings for Elementor. Finally, please make sure all plugins, your theme, and Elementor are updated.
