Getting widget under the article columns

Hi,

I’m running a website using WordPress and Magaling theme that I modified

But I got a problem, when there is 3, 6 or 9 articles on the homepage, the widgets are shown floating next to the right column

I’d like to have an empty space next to the column instead of the widgets going in the empty space but I can’t figure it out
