I checked some of the Posts on your site and it worked just fine on my end. Would you please provide us a screen-captured video demonstrating how the issue occurs? Even though I don’t think this is related to Astra.
Try to deactivate all the plugins temporarily. If it solves the issue, then please reactivate the plugins one by one until you notice the issue comes back. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.
You might also want to switch the theme temporarily to a default WordPress theme and see if the same issue is happening on that theme. If it’s still happening on that theme, that means the issue is not theme-related.

Thank you Herman. Let me check on this. One more thing is it shows CLS of 0.96. I tried few things but was not successful. I am enclosing pagespeed insights link which shows below

Regarding the poor score of the CLS, I think it’s related to the ads you have on that page. Please try to remove the ads and do another test.

I did that last week. As per the adinserter plugin, I have set the height of the Ad and the issue on ads was resolved. I deactivated now and checked, no impact on the error what I am getting. It looks the header is creating an issue. Above header, there are no Ads too. Can you pls check from header perspective?

I did another test and the CLS score was good for Desktop and Mobile. I also did a test for the homepage and the result was even better. The CLS score for both desktop and mobile were 0 (zero).
