Getting orders but woocommerce isnt fetching them

Hello some creditcard payments are not appearing in Stripe because some orders get delayed… Stripe says the issue lays in WC.

Thats what they telling: “Card payments should be instant and you should be able to see that in your dashboard right away regardless if it’s successfull or not. I don’t see any errors from our end. WooCommerce is responsible for collecting and passing the payment information to Stripe and iut’s best that you get in touch with them about this to check the issue on their end.”

Hello,

It sounds like the issue is related to the Stripe plugin. Have you contacted the plugin developer? Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hello,

yes I will do that, but first I send you what they wrote me… “`The reason why the customer’s order hasn’t shown up yet is probably because the payment is still on pending. You can also confirm this with WooCommerce as they are handling your website/payment form. I also don’t see any delayed payments aside from SEPA. The last payment attempt was November 19, 2021 based on the logs of your account.

Card payments should be instant and you should be able to see that in your Stripe dashboard right away regardless if it’s successful or failed. WooCommerce is responsible for collecting and passing the payment information to Stripe and I would recommend that you get in touch with them about this to check the issue from their end. You can also request them to turn off SEPA DD on your website because once we deactivate this payment method from our end, this can no longer be reactivated.

I really wish I could be of a bit more help here because I know that being redirected can be tiresome, since they built their integration through Stripe, they’ll be the best resource to help you with this directly.

This could be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the stripe gateway plugin
Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
