Get _raw value

How to get the value before pipe [_raw_{field name}] and place it in database? Now I have only value after pipe.

[select your-recipient “CEO|[email protected]”
“Sales|[email protected]”
“Support|[email protected]”]

I have [email protected] id cfdb7, but I need CEO in it….
