Simple Banner does not have a feature to support that easily. You would need to use the Geolocation API, https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Geolocation_API/Using_the_Geolocation_API#examples, and write some custom Javascript. This will give you lat/long information for the user.
