Generate Alt failing on images

    Been using Generate Alt for awhile but it looks like now when I go to an image in the Media section and click the Generate Alt button, it constantly fails. Even after taking my site into Troubleshooting mode, it fails.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
     
    The ALT text generation tool uses 50 credits to generate an ALT text. You only have 17 credits left in your account. Please wait for the credits to reset on 19 Jan 2025 and you will be able to use the tool again.
