Gallery inside a widget area

    I’d like to place a small gallery in the sidebar widget area rather than embedding it in the main content via shortcode. Is there a dedicated widget for this, or would I need to paste the shortcode into a text widget? If the latter, are there any known display issues with that approach in a narrower column?
