Ich habe das gleiche Problem,
ich verwende auf meiner Homepage das Plugin FooGallery, mit der ich bis jetzt sehr zufrieden war.
Ich verwende das Plugin mit der Erweiterung FooGallery – Media Menu Extension.
Ich habe also Alben z.B. Bilder vom 2019 und in diesen Alben habe ich Galerien z.B. Jägerball.
Klicke ich jetzt auf das Album Jägerball, öffnet sich das Album ich sehe aber keine Vorschaubilder!
Am PC und am Iphone funktioniert alles einwandfrei, ich kann in allen Galerien die Vorschaubilder sehen.
Nur am Android Handy funktioniert es anscheinend nur bis zu einer Albumgröße von ca. 30 Fotos.
Hat irgendwer einen Tipp für mich!

Ich habe das Problem nun auch am Desktop. Ich muss immer erst den Cache löschen, und nach dem Reload wird die Galerie gezeigt. Autooptimze und Cache-Plugins deaktiviert.

I haven’t been able to duplicate this issue yet using Chrome on desktop and Android mobile – your galleries are loading fine.
Would you please tell me what browser you are using and what type of phone?
Also please try testing in an incognito / secure browser window and let me know if you are still seeing the issue.
@markusklingenbrunner – would you also please provide some more detail about what browser / mobile phone you are using? I haven’t been able to duplicate the issue on your site either – everything appears to be loading fine.

We had a look at your pages on mobile and can see the issue with the gallery not showing.
However, looking at the source of the page, there is no output for the gallery at all.
Are you using a plugin to display your page differently on mobile? WP touch or similar?

yes, I used the plugin WP touch for display on mobile devices.
Everything works great with Apple mobile phones, only with Android mobile phones there are problems!
Of course it can also be that there are problems with the plugin WP touch.

It’s likely that there is a conflict with WP Touch.
If you disable WP Touch you can see if the problem is resolved. If it is then you can re-enable WP Touch and work through the troubleshooting process to see if you can find settings that will allow both FooGallery and WP Touch to work together:

Thanks for the tip. I have now disabled all plugins and activated again in turn.
Now everything seems to work again.
Only with large galleries it takes extremely long until the thumbnails are loaded.
But this takes a while with WP Touch Plugin or Jetback.
Maybe I’ll try another gallery!
