• Hi,

    I migrated my website to different hosting server, SSL enabled. After that web-page showing blank.
    I took the whole website backup using wpclone plugin.
    I checked throughout the website files, observed the functions.php is missing. I uploaded the file manually, but the functions.php file is being deleted from the server!.

    Please check and let me know.
    I can provide login credentials once this thread is approved.

  • When the url changes it is not enough to copy the old content to a new path but you have to use a plugin to rewrite the old path in the new one or if the url is different because you use https you can use a https plugin (technically the source server must accept the ip of who can change things …. cloudflare, proxy or himself).

    This is a public support forum and we cannot check what’s happening on your webserver for you. And you should NEVER provide any login credentials here or in any public forum.

    Please reach out to your hosting provider for help: they own and manage the web server hosting your website, and they’re in the best position to help you.

    Good luck!

    @autotutorial :
    Thank you! But I have searched complete database, every link is with https only.
    Strange thing is functions.php is being deleted from the server as I uploaded many times. it stands only for few seconds.
    Is it server issue?

    Okay, I found the error.
    In functions.php there was some additional code, affected by virus may be.
    I removed the unwanted code, now the theme is working fine.

    Thanks everyone!

    Regards,
    Sumitra.
