    Hi
    I would like to confirm functionality. This plugin only syncs orders that are already in Woocommerce, correct? It does not catch guest users whose activities did not create order / left before clicking “buy” button, correct?

    Hey @toktor,

    Thanks for the post! To clarify a bit, the plugin will “capture” any email address that has been entered during checkout along with the items that have been placed in that person’s cart. This information is useful for abandoned cart automations (more on abandoned cart automations can be found in MailChimp’s Knowledgebase, here, if you’d like to read more.). That being said, the folks who do not complete their purchases from your store will only be added to your list as a “non-subscribed contact” and there will be limitations to the types of emails they can be sent.
