Front End Gallery Hierarchy Tree

Is there a WordPress plugin that provides an front-end tree navigator that makes a hierarchy of galleries available to the end-users?
Is there a plugin or any easy way to build a series of galleries from a nested directory structure that contains many directories and many images and renders them into a tree navigation for the front-end?
Eazyest Gallery comes close because it builds the galleries from the directory, but the navigation and formatting using articles does not have a good presentation.
The main feature I need is a tree navigation for many nested galleries for the front-end user interaction. Everything I have found so far is only for the back-end admin interface.
If there is some inline or php code that can be used to build the tree structure, I can code from a good example and configure the node names and gallery IDs.
