forminator form submit issue

Using free version of Forminator, suddenly all form on numerous WP sites have turned invisible. Form short code is in place but does not display. Tried flushing caches, using multiple browsers, different computers, no luck.
when i submit form then show like this screen, not submit form.

can you give me rollback option to update previous form version
currently using Version 1.44.3
i when i update plugin then issue started

Since the image URL that you shared returns a “404 – Page not found” error, I wasn’t able to give a closer look at the issue. Can you please share a screenshot of the issue so that we can better understand it?

That being said, please find the option to download the previous version of the plugin from the Advanced Options here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/advanced/

Subject: Login Issue After Updating to Forminator Plugin Version 1.45.1

Hello,

I’m experiencing a login issue after updating the Forminator plugin to version 1.45.1. When attempting to log in using the form at this URL: https://pdrl.in/sign-in/, I receive the following error message:

“An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again.”

However, when I roll back to the previous version (1.45), the login form works perfectly without any issues.

Unfortunately, the rollback download link you previously shared is no longer working. Could you please provide me with a working link to download version 1.45 of the plugin?
