Form submitting name and nothing else

We are getting form submissions with just the name filled out; however, we have made some of the other fields mandatory. How is this happening? I’ve checked my form submissions tab to make sure it wasn’t just an error on what info gets emailed to the admin, but it shows only the name filled out, too.

Is this a spam thing, or is it sending me the names of people who started and then stopped filling out the form?
