Yes, you can achieve this using CSS. You can add spacing between all fields by using the following code:

.wpforms-container-full .wpforms-head-container {
  padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}
.wpforms-container .wpforms-field {
  padding-top: 30px !important;
}
