Form Shortlisting

Sorry to bother you guys. I have a ‘Live Bands for Hire’ website, where each live band’s webpage has an “Add To My Shortlist” button on it – if the customer likes that band, they click the ‘add to my shortlist’ button, which then loads a “MY SHORTLIST” Forminator form, which auto-populates THAT band’s name as part of the other data capture on the form (name, email, captured band name, and further info). But this method only allows the band name from the band page that they’re currently on to be data-captured, rather than several other bands that they may have previously liked also. Is there a way I can do this, where they can click ‘Add To My Shortlist’ on a band’s page – so that band name gets collated somewhere central, along with any other band pages they’ve clicked the shortlist button on, and then they send me that central MAIN form when they’re done, that has the several band names on it?
