Form Customization Not Working

Hello Team – I’ve noticed that the customization is not being applied to the last step (receipt) of the multi-step form. Please refer to the screenshot for reference.
When I inspect the element in the browser and apply the CSS directly, the changes take effect. However, when I add the exact same CSS under GiveWP → Settings → Advanced → Donation Forms → Custom Styles (screenshot), and save, it does not actually apply on frontend. It is still there when I’m creating this topic.
I have a few questions:
- Are there any default form settings available to customize the final receipt section?
- Why is the custom CSS not being applied in this case? Are we missing something?
There are no additional plugins installed on the site, and we are using the default theme. You should also be able to reproduce this issue on your end as well with the above steps.
Looking forward to your guidance. We are not asking for CSS help from you, but we want to check why it is not applying. The website link is added below.
If you’re providing a solution, you can test it on your own test site first and then let us know. We’ve already spent many hours trying to fix this. If the solution works on your end, it should work for us as well.

The current workaround is to place the CSS in each form’s Custom Styles box. Here’s a screenshot of where to find that:
