Forced using of mailchimp

    I came to check this out b/c i wanted to test it b4 purchasing pro but u’re forcing me to use mailchimp (which I don’t) unless I upgrade. This defeats the purpose of the freebie, no?

    Hi @taewoo,

    We’re sorry you feel that way. In no way did we intend to exclude people from using our plugin. During our decision to pick a tool for the free version, we chose Mailchimp for a couple of reasons:

    1) It’s one of the most popular tools out there so it benefits a wide range of people.
    2) Mailchimp is completely free for lists up to 2000 people so there’s usually no extra cost involved to use our plugin.

    Some of our users only create a MailChimp account just for the plugin and usually that works fine.
