Dear @stelamon4590,
Thanks for the topic.
Please note that the Forbidden (403) error you’re encountering is likely related to server-side restrictions. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to clarify the issue.
This type of error often occurs due to security reasons of the server, and certain requests, sometimes based on the volume of data being submitted, are being blocked.
We suggest checking with your hosting provider to see if ModSecurity is blocking any requests, and also recommend increasing the value of max_input_vars.
Please try this and let us know how it goes for you.
Thank you.
Hi @hyenokian,
Thank you for your answer. I have tried to increase max_input_vars to 30000 and I have disabled ModSecurity but the blank page with Forbidden is still there. I have also tried to duplicate the survey, modifying it, no success.
Many thanks for your support

Dear @stelamon4590,
Thanks for the reply.
I want to mention that the “Forbidden” error you’re encountering is related to permissions. That is, access is being blocked from the server side.
We mentioned ModSecurity and max_input_vars as these are among the most common causes of this issue. However, other factors, such as rules set in the .htaccess file, could also be responsible.
For this reason, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and providing them with the full details of your case so they can investigate and determine the exact cause.
Please try this and let us know how it goes for you.
Thank you.
