Footnotes were striked through

    Some of the footnotes were somehow mysteriously striked through. (Footnote 2 and 20 for example.) How does this happen and how can I undo it?

    Looks like something on your site is adding the class .broken_link to your <a> element with the URL https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/jmv.26232. The .broken_link class gets a strike-through style applied to it. So this is likely coming from another plugin if I had to guess.

    You were right, it was my broken link plugin! (Though the link seemed to be working…)

    If I had to guess I’d think it gets stuck on the . in the url and probably has some logic to say that’s a broken link even though it works.
