Footer is too spaced out

For the spacing issue, can you try this CSS code by pasting it in the Additional CSS section and see if it helps?:
`.site-content{
margin-bottom:0px;}
`
As for the second query, you can try placing the contact widget in the Footer two from Customize->Widgets->Footer 2 and then remove it from the Footer 1 where it currently is.

And for the third query, yes the option to remove the Copyright footer or edit it is a Pro feature which we aren’t allowed to discuss here as per the .org guidelines.
