Would you please try temporarily deactivating other plugins to see if the error is caused by any third-party plugins? In addition, please let us know the name of the theme that you are using on your website.

Thank you so much for investigating the issue. I’m using GeneratePress. The contact form is published on a contact page. It’d be hard to disable plugins because the issue doesn’t seem to be triggered by one or by a visit to the contact page or submitting a form. I’ll see what more details I can get you, but so far, it seems to happend a handful of times a day.
Is fluent_gutenblock.js.map part of the installation? Maybe it was deleted somehow? would uninstalling and reinstalling help?
