Fluent Form Conversational not closing on form submit

    I am using Fluent Forms Pro and a “conversational form” where each field has its own page. I have created a popup and it is working, opening correctly. However, close on form submit is not working with the conversational form.

    Close on submit works correctly on a usual multipage form, so the integration seems to be working correctly, it is only when I use a conversational form, that the popup remains open. I need to click a close button to remove the popup.

    Thanks, I have submitted support request. FYI: Fluent Forms had this response…

    “As for the conversational form not closing the popup after submission, that’s expected. These forms are rendered through JavaScript in a way that can sometimes conflict with Popup Maker’s auto-close behavior. Unfortunately, there’s no reliable way to trigger the popup to close after submission when using conversational forms if there is any rendering conflicts.”

    I’m likewise having an issue where on clicking submit, the form submits, but it doesn’t display the same page message when configured and doesn’t redirect to another page when configured. These issues only started happening when I upgraded to PHP 8.4 from 7.4

    Please send us a ticket via Support Request – Popup Maker with the following details:

    1. Link to a page where we can see the popup
    2. Screenshots or a screen recording of your full popup settings 

    Please also let us know which form plugin you are using and whether you have installed or updated any plugins or themes recently.

    My problem was resolved by the Dev’s, thanks! Extra javascript was needed for the conversational forms.
