On mobile, the filter would turn into a floating button, which was great. Suddenly it stopped working. I went to the settings to see if my configurations had changed. My settings were still correct, but I noticed a new option called “Floating Mode” and next to it were the words “PRO Option”.

Essentially, the plugin changed the functionality of my website without my permission. A huge no-no.
NOTE: In the USA, this is called “bait-and-switch” and is a deceptive business practice punishable by law.

    Hello @worldlightmedia,

You didn’t specify if you are a Pro version user, Floating mode was originally only available to users of the Pro version of the plugin and this has never changed.

If you are a Pro user, then you may have disabled Pro addon activation due to a communication failure between servers, or if the key for one domain was applied on several domains, or a significant version difference between the addon and the base plugin.

If you are using the basic version, then please note that some themes provide similar functionality, you may have used it before.
