Fixed discount and apply discount sequentially

Hi,

I have created 2 discount rules:
Rule 1. Discount type (cart adjustment) – Fixed discount $10
Rule 2. Discount type (cart adjustment) – Percentage discount 8

And the setting of discount rule is “Apply discount sequentially”.

The cart has followwing items:
Sunglass $90 x 2 = $180
Polo $20 x 1 = $20

The total is 176.4 = Subtotal $200 – $10 (Rule 1) – $13.6 (Rule 2)

Is it correct?

I suppose that the total should be:
Subtotal $200 – $10 (Rule 1) – (($200 – $10) * 0.08) = 174.8
