Firewall blocking Customer IP

    Jan 19 2021 13:24 Blocking customer IP.
    Got a message from customer saying they couldn’t access my site or their account on their device but could on their husbands. IP 69.150.*.*
    Do I whitelist this IP? I would like to. Wondering why the customer could place order ect but then revisiting the site they are blocked. Why does that happen? Thank you
