Filters slow down site

Hello,

We are experiencing issues with your plugin causing really slow load times (found by Query Monitor).

Is there any way to fix that?

Query Monitor gives us a lot of data on what the queries are, however, I am not able to understand them properly. But i assume you can.

This is the first query (from Query Monitor)

We have the PRO version of the plugin if that somehow helps.

If not we will have to cancel our subscription as it slows the site to much.
