We have checked your website and your website only filter functionality not working for the Spanish language.
Actually, This is not our plugin issue, this is your page edit issue so please check your side and edit the page properly.
Please share your page English and Spanish screenshot of you are adding our shortcode.

The shortcode is added in the Spanish page exactly as it is added in the other languages. You can tell because the post grid shows perfectly, and category names as well. The only problem is the filtering doesn’t work when you click on categories.
I’m using Polylang as the multilingual plugin. There could be some sort of incompatibility between your plugin and Polylang. The symptom is also inconsistent: the same problem used to happen with the Italian page, but now it’s working, with no apparent change on our side.
I agree your plugin works faultlessly otherwise, and I’m very satisfied with it. I have given it 5 stars.
I was wondering if you could try to tell through the Web inspector on the Spanish page frontend why the Javascript isn’t working on that page while it’s working on the other ones. I’m sure it’s something relatively easy, but I just can’t see it.

We have used one condition to check all images loaded properly or not before filtration of the posts. In your english page, you have add all posts features images so it’s working properly.
But in spanish langauge posts, you did not added images for “Dra. Karina Acevedo Whitehouse: “Inoculación experimental en niños y adolescentes análisis cientifico de riesgo/beneficio”” post,

Please add images for this post and try once. It will surely resolve your issue.
