I tried uploading & sharing the link here for the error but it seems to not work only the name of file is visable

Anyway, please let us know if the premium subscription(starter vs standard) allows us to upload a MySQL file or database locally for WP Table or is it just accessing external Databases. (So, my local MySQL database will be accessible?) Also, could you clarify any limitations when accessing MySQL tables? Specifically, can we work with queries fetching millions of rows without issues?

    Hello,

Firstly, please note that this forum is intended only for wpDataTables Lite (free version) support.

Since your question refers to premium features, we’re not entirely sure whether you need help with a Lite issue or if you’re planning to switch to Premium.
We can share some basic information here, but if you need further advice, please contact our main support team by opening a chat on our website:
    https://wpdatatables.com/
When starting a chat, select the “Pre-purchase question” category — it will route you directly to our Premium support.

    Here’s a quick overview:

    • With the Starter plan, you can only create Manual tables (editable from the back end). SQL Query–based tables are not included in this plan.
    • With the Standard plan, you gain full SQL Query table functionality.

So, for your described use case (working with MySQL data), you would need at least the Standard plan or higher.

You can compare all plan features here:
https://wpdatatables.com/pricing/ (click “Compare plans by feature”).

That said, as mentioned earlier, please reach out through our Premium support chat for any further questions about these features — we’ll be glad to help there.

    Kind regards,
    Milos
