File upload not working

    Hi

    For some time it seems that the file upload in all of my forms are not working. I already tried creating a new form after upgrading to the newest plugin version of forminator but nothing worked so far…
    The upload field apears but when I click on it or drag&drop something it does not work as expected.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    I can see errors in the browser console which are related to Forminator files.

    In the first place please download a fresh version of Forminator, unzip that file on your local PC, log in via FTP, navigate to /wp-content/plugins/forminator/ and replace all files and folders from the unzipped file.

    There is a possibility that during update some files are missing now.

    Another issue could be a plugin conflict.

    Please note that each site is different, as it possibly uses different plugins or themes. In the WP repository, there are over 60,000 plugins, and some of them possibly exist on that site. Taking this into account, there is a risk of new potential conflicts after each update.

    Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins, apart from Forminator, and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme from 2019, and see if it works.

    Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Thanks for your quick response. After I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, everything is working again. Many thanks for your quick help @wpmudevsupport13 !
