The Upload File button in my form responds like the Submit button.
I have received messages from a number of clients in multiples as they tried to upload a file in vein, which is very off-putting for a first contact…

For multiple file upload it simply seems non-responsive, both for the Select Files link and the Drag and Drop functions.

I went though the settings and couldn’t find anything that could be causing it…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @pretpik,

I could notice the issue on your website. It appears the issue is more related to a conflict.

Do you have any custom code added related to Forminator? If yes, please do check how the form behaves if you temporarily remove the code.

If there isn’t any custom code added, then would recommend running a conflict test as mentioned in the following flowchart and see how that goes.

    https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

If the issue is still present even after a conflict test then please do share the form export, so that we can check further.

    .

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Nithin

    Thanks for the reply Nithin,

I have just tested it with all plugins (except Forminator) deactivated and it still behaves the same.

The form export can be found here.

I’d really appreciated it if you could have a look through it.

    Hi @pretpik,

I have just tested it with all plugins (except Forminator) deactivated and it still behaves the same.

Did you try switching to a default WP theme to see whether you get the same issue?

I tested the given form export in my system but I’m not able to replicate any such issue.

I’m afraid, the issue still appears more of a conflict, do you have any custom code added in the website?

Could you please check what is the current setting in the form under the “Behavior” tab > Rendering > Load form using AJAX?

Is that enabled or disabled? Could you please check and see whether it makes any difference if you enable/disable that setting?

Please do let us know how that goes, so that we could check further if needed.

    Best Regards,

    Nithin
