    Hi Harish

    We’ve been exchanging direct emails for a while now (almost 2 months) but no progress has been done, though you’ve set the issue as “Resolved”.

    Since you didn’t answer my email of last week I’m reaching you this way. So far I have set a testing site for you so you can freely debug and we have ruled out that the issue is not due to:

    – Main .htaccess file configuration
    – Plugins or theme incompatibility
    – Server configuration

    I’ve been very patient so far but I have a deadline now, so I am in urgent need of an answer. Could you please let me now whether you still are offering support (even paid) for this issue or not?

    Since September 24 we’ve already exchanged 17 emails about this issue. You need one more email to track it? No problem, I’m sending you right now another email with the recap of what we’ve done so far.

    Since your name here is different than your name in the email, I asked you to email us to we can know which ticket it is. As I replied in the email, this is an edge case and so far we have not been able to replicate it.
