feed doesn’t work properly

Hi @exifi , thanks for informing us. Can you please e-mail us the following details in our support email:

1. Screenshots of the feed configuration you set

2. System Status:

>>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings

>>On top, go to the System Status tab. See Image: https://jmp.sh/FIq5DFu

>>Take a screenshot and send it to us.

3. Logs:
>>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
>>On top, go to the Logs tab. See Image: https://jmp.sh/6NGnhal
>>Choose the latest log and click on View
>>Then click on Copy, save it on a text document and send it to us.

Simply send these data to our support e-mail and will give you an update there. Thanks.
