Hi, sorry for this late answer.
Currently the plugin only sends an e-mail for a new post.

A future feature might be an option (like a panel with a checkbox to mark the post to be re-sent) when the post is changed.

Thanks for your input, it might be a new version in a couple of days.

    Hello,
I’m trying to add code to display an image of the post in the mail sent, either attached or by link to the image (I prefer this option), but I can not. Neither I have much php domain.
    Is it possible to do?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi,
I have recently installed the plugin and when I tested the subscribe page using the shortcode (presumably without Bootstrap framework as I don’t know what that is) the All categories checkbox didn’t work as I got the message “You need to select some categories”. Selecting categories individually worked.
One other thing that I noticed is that I didn’t get a subscription email sent to me. However, the subscribers list in the Admin section got updated.

In terms of the features mentioned above:
    * Resend post to subscribers checkbox – I would like this too. I actually thought that it was already in the plugin when I looked at the screenshots for the plugin, so I was a little surprised that it wasn’t there.
    * How much of the post to send – I use the More tag to mark the boundary of my introduction for the post. I would like the first few sentences up to the More tag to be sent. If the More tag is not present (or the number of characters is too long) then I would recommend sending the first x characters of the post. However, I can also see how it would be beneficial to have the option to send the whole post rather than just a summary.

    Thank you very much.

I added my email address to the Email from field in the Email Settings (even though it was the same as the default one mentioned in the text underneath it) and then then All categories option worked for subscriptions.

I installed the plugin. Then I tested it using my admin email. Waited and waited and there was and still is nothing like a new post coming to me. What could be wrong that I am doing?

    Hi wordpresshelpnow,

    – have you checked the settings function, there is timestamp when next scheduled event is going to be executed and have you tried to trigger it manually?
    – does your wordpress installation send any emails at all?
    – have you checked your email junk folder?

    If there is still problems
    – try installing a plugin that log emails, search for email log in the plugin sections.
    – try to install a SMTP email plugin, search for SMTP email in the plugin sections.

    Thanks,
    Daniel

Hi AlanPNZ, unfortunaly i cannot produce the same error as you. It might be that there is some issues along with other plugins and the theme you are using.

Try switching to a default WP and see if the bug still occurs.

    Thanks,
    Daniel
