Thanks a lot for your suggestions.
1. Category dropdown
Right now, the dropdown also a search box, so if the list feels long or you can’t find a category easily, you can just type and search for it. Here’s a quick video showing how it works: https://d.pr/v/pO5ort.
That said, we completely understand your point about wanting the list in alphabetical order, and we’ll work on making this smoother — either alphabetical or with another approach that gives you better control.
2. Auto title suggestion
We hear you on this. Having to say “No” every time is an unnecessary extra step. We’ll be adding a global switch so you can permanently turn the auto title suggestion on or off based on your preference.

Hi Pial,
Oh, I had no idea that was a search filed b/c there’s text in there.
I still think it’s faster & easier to just press the first letter of the first word of the category or even scroll down. With typing it out I’d have to use both hands LOL
Thanks for the adding the “No.”
On another note, I would still like to add categories in the regular List view.
Even on the grid view I have to click on it, & then go all the way to the bottom just to add a category.
I don’t do this often, but if I did add more categories often, it would be a pain.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. You can still press the first letter or scroll through the list if that feels quicker, though we agree that arranging categories alphabetically would make things more intuitive, and we’ll be working on that.
For the auto title suggestion, we’ll be adding a global switch so you won’t need to decline it each time — that way you’ll have full control without the extra step.

Hi Pial,
Oh I didn’t know you could make a new category straight from there LOL, that’s great. Maybe put a watermark with text in the field telling us we can make a new one from there. Or a tool tip around that area.
