Feature Request: Suppress “WP-Super-Cache” Header

I’d like to remove the WP-Super-Cache HTTP header that gets sent when serving cached content because I don’t want to expose that I’m using WordPress.

The header gets set e.g. here:
header( "WP-Super-Cache: Served supercache file from PHP" );

Would be great to have a setting or filter for that!

PS: It should also be renamed to X-WP-Super-Cache to make it valid.
