feature request: renaming extension

    I would like to request a feature.
    Rather than rewriting the url that looks the same as original format, I want to rename the file when uploaded/converted.
    Like Media Replace plugin does.

    Because I don’t want to keep jpg/png.
    I want the Media Replace like feature that replace existing media, but Media Replace does not conversion. I have to upload webp/avif manually.
