Feature Request – Notification email improvements

Instead of just:

1 form submissions have failed in the last 1 minutes on https://website.tld

It would be nice to allow customization and more specificity. Our ideal notification format would look like:

1 form submission(s) on the form [“Partnerships“](https://website.tld/wp-admin/admin.php?page=spark_gf_failed_submissions&id=2) failed in the last 1 minute(s).

The most recent error logged was for [email protected] ([142.251.33.196](https://ipinfo.io/142.251.33.196)) with the failure reason:

“Please verify that you are human.”
