[Feature request] Make block extensions optional

Hello,
it would be great if we could have the ability to choose block extensions and turn off the ones we do not need. This could be done either through plugin settings or by php filter.
Actually, what would be ideal is to have the ability to turn on/off all plugin features, block extensions as well as individual blocks.
Can you please include this option?
