HI @bcristiann, thank you for the feature request. I am currently working on allowing for multiple date/time “schedules”. This will be included in the free version here on WordPress.org and I am hoping to have that out by next week in version 1.8.
While I am sure this is not exactly what you want to hear 😉, day-of-the-week and additional date/time controls will be included in the upcoming PRO add-on to Block Visibility. I am hoping to have this out by the end of the month. Monetizing the plugin helps warrant significant development and new features. That said, the add-on will be very reasonably priced.
