FBIA Feed Filter

Is there a way to filter to certain categories alone within the feed? My issue is I have a blog category and a podcasts category. I ONLY want the blog category posts to go into IA but I am getting everything. On the backside, FB isn’t allowing us to delete/remove the podcast posts from the feed, so we are at a loss. In other plugins they give you this option, but I prefer this one. Can this be done–maybe even at the code level by changing the plugin code?
